Performance description
This combination vehicle - here using the Mercedes Sprinter as an example - equipped with TV inspection technology and high-pressure flusher, enables inspections in main sewers, connecting pipes and property drainage systems. All pipes and lines can be cleaned before or during the inspection.
The integrated devices enable you to record inventories of all pipelines by means of pipe inspection software and, if required, to show pipeline courses. In addition to manhole and pipe reports, digital films and images are generated and merged via the recording software.
Dimensions from DN 100 to DN 600 (DN 150 to DN 1200 with FW 150 L) can be inspected using the carriage system. The push cameras respectively the water jetting inspection cameras cover the nominal diameter range from DN 80 to DN 300 (ID 3.2" - 12"). The possibility of turning into property drainage systems is provided by the turn off able pan & rotate camera RiFlexio 2. All pan & rotate cameras - for manholes as well as for pipes - offer the possibility of determining the diameter, even after a turn in property drainage systems.
Furthermore, this inspection vehicle offers a pleasant working environment due to the bright control room. The vehicle is also equipped with a parking heater and thus designed for winter operation.
